IMO these (still) are his best:

Production: System F - Out Of The Blue (Original Mix)

Remix: William Orbit - Barber's Adagio For Strings (Ferry Corsten Remix)

I'd go for either System F - Dance Valley Theme or Albion - Air.

I know I'll get flak for that first one, but it's remarkably innovative and energetic.

Back in 1998 Out of the blue was much more innovative than DV Theme...
