Please pat my head

I've gone 2.6 days without a ciggerette and im well chuffed For me that pretty good as im usually a full on 20 a day guy.

Had my last one on Sunday with the Kitty that is Misty and im going strong to completely giving up (aside from GG of course )

yes gud luck........i like to smoke weed so that usually means nicotine is involved...smoking in clubs and pubs is a must too.....o and the odd one at work..bah oim a smoker although to b fair i only smoke about 10 during the week..its if i go out that i smoke faaar too much

5 weeks so far and going strong.

The stress part is the worse, I have a well short temper aswell, so far I've got into a few minor scuffles due to not being able to bite my lip and seeing red but all of which were combined with alcohol, and these were all within two weeks of giving up and I was under a lot of stress aswell and on friday I nearly got arrested but that was more jokey then serious.

First two weeks are the worse just think like this if you what a cig think if you pick up a cigarette all that suffering and torture was for nothing. Plus aswell I'd dare not pick up a cig myself as the head rush would be fucking immense it would be like being 14 all over again.
