Your mix is ok ( by tracklist ) and the mixing is not so bad at all.. ( i cant do better ).. but what did you do to the sound/quality damn.. thats not that good...

w00t! my first proper reply!

hehe...

erm...the quality was severly degraded because i recorded onto tape and when i ripped it, it was crap and i couldnt be bothered to put it thru equalisers and compressors, i will bear in mind the quality next time

Sorry for not being familiar with your equipment but doesn't you mixer have an output? I'm sure you already thought of this but instead of doing the output to the tape deck do it to your pc's input and use software to record. -Just trying to help

lol, i didnt mix it as vinyl, it was a mp3 set

ima mp3j ROFL

and it was mixed on atomixmp3 on a 233mhz machine

i dont think a .wav output would be nice on the load on the cpu

so onto tape and ripped back to wav and then to mp3

That explains it. One last thing you can try....roxio easy cd creator platinum 5.0 has a recorder called stream doctor which records directly to mp3 with no wave temp so they files are small. You should give it a try. If you need any help let me know.

my comp is 233. recording to 128kbps mp3 is too slow...the pc cant keep up with it and misses chunks of it

so with wave...the pc dont take much of a load
