Hey guys anyone help me find a good source for percussion
I need a good source for percussion sounds could you guys name off some good vst's(prefer audio unit ver), or synths or anything that i can get a good percussion set from

Try some Akai sample CDs out Fr0st, over on the hub 
Just buy a CD with pro samples!

sample cds are the answer, but making the samples into something that you want is your own task 
sampling is the way to go. i even made a dnb track once where i took drum samples from an old hip hop song. it sounded pretty damn good.
to hell with synthesizing drum sounds, you have to do too much crap to 'em to get em to sound good. just take things and mutilate them to sound like drums.
