Jester Rolling Stones and Friends - Roll Call

And who, may I ask, will be in attendance on Wednesday July 30th, 2003 at Downsview Park?

The line-up is as follows:
Guess Who, AC/DC, Justin Timberlake, Rush, Sam Roberts, The Flaming Lips, Kathleen Edwards, The Isley Brothers, Sass Jordan, La Chicane, and hosts Dan Aykroyd & Jim Belushi with "Have Love, Will Travel".

Roll call:
AmbiguousBliss
ryanm
NightCreature
DeE420
Tordan
glog
Time2Burn
partyprincess
404 Science
Ray_Finkle

It's not trance, but remember the TA vibe! We're not good solely for trance. So come out and show T.O. some love!

I'll be three with a friend

Posted by DeE420 on Jul-07-2003 21:13:

I am SO there

I don't really like any of these bands besides AC/DC but I will definitely be there to support Toronto. I know that most of us aren't really into this kinda music but please come out and give your support to our great city. After all we are "TO"-TAs I hope the rumor about U2 is true. I'd love to see them live.

hey, I may be going to this, especially since tickets aren't too expensive .. but because of the heat, crowds, and laziness i might not

Apparently, 480,000 tickets have already been sold for
the concert!!!

Hurry before they are all gone!

Posted by Time2Burn on Jul-08-2003 14:22:

Count me in.

I don't give a crap about rock but ya gotta respect greats like the Rolling Stones. And a concert with 500 000 ppl is an experiance not to be missed. I just wish PVD loved Toronto as much as the Stones.

or DJ Rush.

It would be awesome if they had music from every genre, but alas I do not think I'm going.

Where did you get this info? I wanted to bring my camera. I'm pretty sure they are allowed!

ahahahahaahah.

That is great. Where did you find that list and I wanna know who is the nob that put it together.

No umbrella's, what if it rains??

Posted by torontobarfly on Jul-09-2003 18:47:

the list is here at molson's site.....

what you can't take into the concert

people better hope its a nice day...i can't imagine standing in the rain for 9 hours with no umbrella, no chair, no blanket, nothing...

i understand security measures are necessary but this list seems a bit much...since releasing the list some people have demanded and received refunds on their tickets......

and a camera "might" be ok....some events just don't allow video or tripods for cameras.......

rightttttt...

This just out,

The reason they banned blankets at the Stones concert is because they are afraid of people being tossed in the air with them. They want to keep chances for injury to a minimum due to the size of the crowd
