Help! convert wav to swf?

Can someone help me convert a wav loop to a swf file. I got a site running which Shannon made but the wav is acting up, loads too long, has a long pause before it loops again etc.... So I got flash installed but I have no clue how to change the wav, any help?

not sure how much Flash experience you have?

But, you need to make a new Flash file > Import the Wav > Add to a keyframe > Export and Bob's your uncle.

hehe thanks, but i actually have NO flash experience
so if you can make your explanation a bit more specific that would be great
