System F vs. U2 - where the beats have no name.

Does anyone else know this track? I saw it the other day and was wondering about it. Its a fairly good track although it doesnt seem to get very heavy into the U2 song. On the B-side theres a remix of out of the blue thats fairly good. Does anyone else have this record? How hard is it to find? And does anyone know who did it?
