If I remember correctly, it goes something like this:

Those lyrics come from an old hip hop track Sagat - Fuk Dat... it actually has a housey beat. Don't know if someone did a new remix.

Well it's actually a few years ago that it got played over here in Belgium. I haven't got it anywhere though, but if I remember correctly it was just an acapella. So maybe the acapella was on the original track you are talking about. I guess the chanches are very small that I'm gonna find it.
