Any events in Cali in August?

Im from cali, home grown in San Jose and will be home from august 1st to 21st, are there any good shows or djs coming through to the bay area or LA or anywhere in between?

Trance-wise, it's looking pretty dead overall. The Porn Star Ball (see www.groovetickets.com) might be something, but it's on Aug 1 which might be a bit of a rush for you....coming into town and immediately going out.
