They were one hit wonders though, hence the point of this thread!

Posted by P00F on Jul-13-2003 05:05:

Delerium? WTF are you talking about?

Innocente
Underwater
After All
+ numerous remixes
just to name a few

Posted by TeKnoHe@d2025 on Jul-13-2003 05:09:

Um, Eiffel 65- Blue

One hit wonders are a thing for the pop scene if you ask me. Although, it is original I must give you that.

this was what i was going to say as well. people in this thread are pretty clueless.

one hit = no other songs

just to clear that up

they had another hit after that,
'move your body'

then they went practically dead, at least as far as mainstream is concerned

and..that certainly does not classify as trance.
and..they're still around

Actually, the person could have produced other songs, just that only one gets significant amounts of attention and the others are rarely even heard of. Hence "One Hit" wonder.

Posted by fitom tiel on Jul-13-2003 05:27:

or perhaps i missed the clown face.

Posted by dj mas on Jul-13-2003 06:25:

i would have to say project medusa vs exor - moonshine, alternate - alternate

That never made it over here. Also, yes I know they're not trance I was trying to make my point that "one hit wonder" is a poppy term

hence trying to exhume 'one hit wonders' of the electronic scene, i would think

Posted by zayd on Jul-13-2003 07:33:

im not sure if this is just an alias or have made any other songs (if so i havent heard), but luis paris - incantation?

Posted by predictor on Jul-13-2003 10:07:

Project Medusa is 'Donald & Giles', who have produced many tracks.

Alternate is also 'Donald & Giles', with E Craig who has produced other tracks.

Its very hard to pick out one hit wonders because of all the aliases in electronic music.

What about Binary Finary?

Posted by GrimReaper on Jul-13-2003 10:37:

Energy 52 - Caf Del Mar is by Harald "Cosmic Baby" Bluechel & Paul "Kid Paul" Schmitz Moormann and is the biggest hit under that alias but they have produced many other great tunes over years. Cosmic Baby is/was also The Visions Of Shiva with Paul van Dyk.

I personally do like also a few other Energy 52 "pre-Caf Del Mar" tunes from '91, for example Warm Pad and Expression (The Piano) are nice.

Hmm. Not sure but i haven't heard much of other productions from this guy: Roger Goode - In The Beginning Again

Yeah, their other track (Nightrider or summat?) wasn't great at all, and thus they dissapeared... (the remix of that Fiji track wasn't good either)

Rodd-Y-Ler too, man makes my all time favourite track, but I can't seem to find anything else by him, other than the strange electro tracks on the flip of Lifesigns
