Diff Types of Trance?

Just wonderin, what genre does "Ocean Lab feat. Justine Suissa-clear blue water" fall under? (prog,dance,techno ect) And another thing can someone clear up the difference in the different sounds of trance? Meaning I would like to know the difference between Progressive and Jungle, Techno ect. Insted of naming songs just a definition of each type of music. Thanks!
