alright, im JUST starting on producing. in the process of sharing reason 2.5 as we speak. what else would i need for a decent setup? thanks ppl.

also, i have no intent to become a DJ. im just wanting to see what i can do. maybe make a few songs and burn tem to a cd.

i'd advise you not to start with reason, it's pretty complex. Fruity loops is much easier to learn.

also, paying for software is a better route.
so is posting in the right forum.
