An opinion on the vestak turntable range

been looking around the net on reviews.The vestax range has good reviews from users and big dj's.I thought yes they perform well.... but look at it, looks like some sort of space ship.Plus its made of plastic.Looks matter to me, spaceship or gangta turntable like the 1200mk2.Anyone else feel free to make an opionion.Peace
