"What amazed me even more is the people in Calgary
the next day. It was quite heavy to travel to Canada the
day after Sensation. But when I got there, it seemed that
EVERYONE heard my mix of "As The Rush Comes" already...
So I finished the remix on Thursday, played it on
Sensation Saturday, and there where people in Calgary
on Sunday, holding huge signs with: "Armin, please
play your mix of Motorcycle". That's the power of Internet
I guess.

Another thing that I'm really excited about is the
"TA-meetings", as they call them. TA is short for
www.tranceaddict.com, a huge website about trance, progressive
and everything surrounding it. It's like a very big
virtual community. Some of these guys e-mailed my
management, asking for a meet-up in Montreal a few weeks
ago when I played Aria. So we did, and for
the first meeting quite a few "TA's" showed up.
It was great to finally talk to a lot of people who love what
you do and to hear what they like or dislike. The meeting
was such a huge success that we did the same thing in
Calgary and in Miami last weekend. I just got back from
Miami and New York, and I'm just so surprised so many
people turned up and talk with each other about music and
DJ-ing. It's really great to meet the people that love the
music so much.

I'm also very pleased to inform you, 76 will be released
in the USA on the 23rd of September. From October 1 I'll
be doing a large tour in the US and Canada. These are the
confirmed venue's:

Necto /Ann Arbor, Aria/ Montreal, Guvernment/ Toronto,
Dagobert/ Quebec city, 1015/San Fransisco, Circus/ Los Angeles
and Arc/ New York City.

It's sweet that Armin had such a great time with the TA's. Hopefully that means he'll meet up again when he comes back. And there will be nothing that can possibly cause me to miss out if there's a next time.

I was blown away when I saw that he actually acknowledged tranceaddict as a big electronic community for the people to share their love for this kind of music...
unbelievable ! TA got really big over the years, and probably other big names will hear about it as well by the word of mouth.

ya he signed my sign, i was at the ta meet up we got a chance to meet him before his show it was unreal! sucha good guy haha i cant wait to c him in van in less than 2 weeks i should make another sign thats how he'll know me the dude whos got the TUNE OF THE WEEK signs! haha good times good timesne ways hope to c a bunch of u out at the show
