OrgaNik - Together We Shine

What happens when you merge breakbeats with trance synths? You get my favourite kind of music

Sadly the only real breaktrance track I've heard so far has been Brainchild - Symmetry C (Lange Breakbeat Mix) which is kind of disappointing (I don't mean the track, I mean the lack of tracks ). So to broaden the genre a bit I decided to do a tune of my own

Here you go then:

i know of a couple trance breaks tunes, but i cant come up with any. this is a really well produced tune from u, as usual. i love the piano u used, really emotional and trancey tune. i'ma have this on repeat for awhile

I dig this tune. Great work man. I love Symmetry C, so works well for me.

My ear is hearing more of a delay when the piano kicks in during the first breakdown, but what the fuck do I know.

Keep up the great work.

yep the beat is really cool in this one but the melody is really huge imo. Sound quality is quality as always

I will most likely do a trance mix of this too and I could also put a midi file up if anyone's interested. This actually started as a trance tune with the breakbeat bit only being in the middle but the breaks worked so much better than the standard four to the floor that I redesigned the whole piece.

This whole track actually took me about 5 hours to do in total, I will most likely tweak it some more and possibly send it out to few people and labels...

lol, my dad just walks into my room and says: "whoo this track is massive!! who is it?!"

so my dad likes it a lot as well can i burn it on cd for him nik? cos he wants to play it in the car when my parents are going to spain (that's gonna be this night hehe)

This is brilliant.

I thought the snare was far too weak at first, but when the synths go in, it all makes sense.

And that pluck melody is great. If I can be bothered, I'll try to remix it... okay?

I did enjoy this actually

the only comment i have other than that though, is the lead melody seems to too loud in the mix - the levels took the focus away from the overall feel of the track i think.

Great work Nik, my favourite solo production of yours!

I did actually notice this especially on the last part myself too... it's because I kept on adding new instruments all the time and didn't check the levels properly
That shall be dealt with though.

un-impressed. too cheesey. the main synth is pretty lousy, and the beat is uneventful.

class track i love it! that melody is sweeet, and i love breaks with trance too sound lovely. shattered dreams is one of faves off TA, its in all my mix cds to start off with
