Satan (eek!) Veracocha - Carte Blanche ( Ronald van Gelderen Remix ) !

OMG!!! I DIE

Goosebumps!!! Ferry did a remix under his System F alias to one of the best trance tunes ever made by him ( and VDM ). He played it in his recent World Tour Show.

Guys, what do you think about it? Imo it is as good as the original!!!

Is this a wind up?

Posted by Unknown DJ on Jul-20-2003 13:39:

If this is true then... i was wondering when this classic would get a full update, everything else has it seems...

Im speaking to Corsten tonight at Judgement Sunday, i shall do the honourable thing and ask him and post back here soon...

True or not, Carte Blanche is a track that really doesn't need an update...

Posted by Gladius on Jul-20-2003 15:25:

i heard ferry yesterday @ illusion at the beach. He spinned carte blanche but i dunno it was the system F remix. it probably would since he hadnt spinned it for a while huh

It really surprises me that Ferry would bother doing a redux on this one, the track is still modern enough to fit in on the floor.

Not complaining that it'll be getting a touch of airtime again though, hopefully Ferry will dig it out if he actually makes it to my local club

(and Gouryella - Gouryella...please Ferry... )

yer, agree, the track shook up the whole ground. And i didnt hear much difference with the original one, so it prolly was not a system f rmx.

hmmm.... it was for sure the System F Remix. Why should he play the original when the System F Remix is already finished and played by him in his show? The remix isnt very diffenrent to the original. He just added the typical System F sounds and changed the break a bit.

Yeah me 2. Carte Blanche, Out of the Blue and Xpander are prob the only 3 tunes that they couldn't make any better if they took a year working on them.

Yuve hit the nail on the head there pal. I mean if tracks are good enough first time round why the hell try and fix something, if it aint broken. Its all about , unfortunatly...

Guess they see it as either a way to make cash or maybe they just want to resurrect a classic tune and add a modern touch to it possibly making it better or appeal to a certain audience (as of late it would seem that trance remakes are geared towards teenyboppers )
