On Friday, August 1st INTERFERENCE PRODUCTIONS & TRANCEADDICT.COM are proud to bring you the third installment of INVASION @ SYSTEM SOUND BAR (VIP Room). For those of who came out to the previous events, you all know what the vibe and unforgettable experience are all about! This invasion is a very special event; we are celebrating one of our TOTA DJ�s birthday. We welcome back DJ M�bius with an extended 2 hr set to grace the decks and joining him will be some of TranceAddict�s newest up and coming talents that are sure to please the crowd in every way with their own distinct style and sound.
TIME SLOTS
22:00 - 23:00 - TRANCEARMADA � tech house
A long time enthusiast of the tech-trance and tech-house scene, Artem has been mixing tracks ranging from progressive to techno to trance. This versatile DJ was born in Russia and began some of his major work alongside fellow countryman Mecha, where the two have produced various sound-scaping mixes under the banner name of �Armek�. Some of Artem�s major influences include the likes of John Digweed and Talla2XLC. His unique sound is sure to please all as he manipulates the rhythms of tech from light to dark.
23:00 � 01:00 � DJ M�BIUS � progressive / trance
Born in Toronto and of Portuguese descent, at only 22 years of age Carlos has been one of TOTA�s foremost favourite trance DJ�s with his blends of uplifting and epic trance. Having played at the first TranceAddict Invasion party and opening up for Orkidea last winter at Alto Basso, many are aware of this man�s class both on and off the decks. He attributes much of his success to his experiences having been a former resident of Media Lounge and guest DJ on Digital Music Translation on 1groove.com and The DJ Takeover Show on GlobalGroove 100.7 FM. We eagerly welcome Carlos back for a special 2 hr set as we wish him a very happy birthday!
01:00 - 02:00 � DEEP GROOVE � classic 98 � 99 trance
System Soundbar resident Deep Groove consists of DJ�s Alex Wong (DJ ALX) and Ariel Culaba (DJ AyRe), who formed the tandem in the mid-90�s. Since then, they have spun at almost every major club in Toronto and at various venues in East Asia. Deep Groove enjoys playing all types of house including the harder more progressive styles of House. Not forgetting their roots, they often still incorporate classic house and retro into their sets. Since their first appearance at Breathe, Deep Groove has gained much recognition and appreciation for their music, often leaving the crowd begging for more. Deep Groove�s future intentions are to produce music. "It�s time to create our own sound, and express our love for the music."
02:00 - 03:00 � SARAH MIXINGTON � techno
Born in Hamilton, Ontario and raised out in Eastern Canada, Sarah (Skipper) developed her DJ�ing hobbies while attending Ivey Business School in London, Ontario. One of her major influences and role models was long time techno DJ Misstress Barbara who she feels connects to her in many ways. �She's an incredible DJ, producer and business woman. She keeps her fans close to her heart and puts 110% into everything.� Sarah�s future plans simply include taking things one day at a time and enjoying the music, the people, and to do her best to spread techno to the masses!
03:00 - 04:00 � DJ PRECURSER � trance
Better known as �rahvin� on tranceaddict.com, Andrew has been an aspiring DJ for a number of years and has been an active participant at past TranceAddict events such as Turbulence at Y2K lounge last November. His sound can be best described as fluid and uplifting yet banging at the same time. This Toronto native is sure to become one of TOTA�s finest trance DJ�s as his mixes are sure to move and captivate the minds of all. We welcome Andrew back for his 2nd ever TranceAddict event as he takes us on a ride and closes out this historical night.

UPDATE
The sound system in the VIP room is running "OK". The A/C problem is fixed and trust me ... it's blasting so hard that I had to put my jacket on, the last few times I've been in the VIP room.

I thought I wasn't going to be able to make it to this, but I just found out that I won't be leaving to go up north until Saturday am, so I'm so there. and for some reason, I'm more hyped than I've been at previous TA events
