Im sorry just i know i can still get a ticket and havent made the purchase yet but the 2 doubts i have currently are whether it will rain and become a shite day due to it and whether i can afford the 70-100 odd squid it will cost me in the end and i have a few hours to decide

all the tents are.... tents, so it doesnt matter; they keep the rain off your head.

But of course its not going to rain.

Posted by eLe_vatE on Jul-21-2003 19:55:

don't the tents drip with condensation anyway? might aswell be raining even if its not.......

Posted by dj_mdma on Jul-22-2003 07:30:

I hope it doesn't rain, but rain can be fun! Last years DV started off wet, but the sun blazed out later on during the day so every one became crusty mud people

Posted by v-side on Jul-22-2003 07:46:

imagine it will be hot as hell and then when it comes to the end you guys will be cooled down by a fresh summer rain...

Posted by sykadelik on Jul-22-2003 08:30:

After being at homelands 2000 where there was a big fukoff river of mud to be crossed everytime you needed to change arenas, No I definately hope it doesn't rain!

Posted by dstrukt on Jul-22-2003 08:43:

Im sure i over heard thats its going to rain that day, but fuck it.
What would be nice is a hot sunny day and then at around 3am some light rain

Posted by tu_face on Jul-22-2003 10:57:

^^projected forcast says no rain

Posted by flystyler on Jul-22-2003 20:16:

And when do weather reporters ever get it right????

They cant predict as far ahead as their nose, they even say its raining when its sunny outside, remember fishy and not prodicting the worst weather we have ever had in this country. Woops

Ill look out the window that morning and make a prediction, im usually right

Posted by *HaRRy* on Jul-22-2003 21:20:

i did some investigating....

the met office says 'sun behind a cloud, maximum 20oC'
the bbc says 'two raindrops, black cloud, maximum 24oc'

Posted by magnasoma on Jul-22-2003 22:41:

I can live with two raindrops, its not like they're both gonna land on me...

Posted by flystyler on Jul-22-2003 23:01:

Wow, weather reporting is getting accurate, 2 rain drops
