Pvd Cleveland MEETUP

Hey everyone !!

It does appear as a certain number of you will be making it out for this show At Kaos on sunday july 27th


DO you guys need some meetup organized and some basic info on the city as to where would be best to hang out, have some beers if you wish, or maybe some decent food before you go and bust out on the dance floor melting the calories away ?

Anyone coming : SAY SO !

Anyone questions : ASK !

Cleveland airport and City are totally separate it's like 10 15 minute drive.
I'm pretty sure there's some airport/city shuttles but read below.....


having done a little research here's what I found :
Cabs

RTA
Every 15 minutes, Cleveland Hopkins International Airport offers Rapid Transit service to Downtown Cleveland for just $1.50. Take a short trip to Tower City Shopping Center and from there, connections can be made to other rail and bus services. The station is located on the level below baggage claim.

Limo Service



Hopkins Airport Limousine and other airport shuttles are offered on the baggage claim level. If you have a hotel reservation in Cleveland, some hotels provide complimentary shuttle services to and from the airport.

Now as far as getting around in the city : Main reference point tends to be tower city and well ..... you're gonna have to take a taxi if you wanna get around town cause it's not at all practical but you can walk .... but it is what you surely call a walk

I'm down for a meetup...i'm 99% sure I'll be making the trip regardless of the fact that i don't know anyone else that is...

can you mapquest a decent restaurant, not too expensive, not too cheap... within walking distance to the Kaos club so Tom/Nick/josh and i can meetup and grab a bite before we go in? thx

You guys should email Kenneth Thomas and tell him to get you on the list. I was talking to him the other night at Bleu and he said he should be able to get all TA's and DCS'ers VIP.

And WHY aren't more of you coming in for Steve Porter the night before??? Are you NUTS? Even if I weren't the one responsible for getting him here, I'd still think you were nuts for not going...the man is incredible and is blowing stuff up right now...

As far as restaurants, there's bar food nearby at BW3...wings, appetizers, sandwiches...

If I was going to PVD I'd definitely be there for Steve Porter! I might even go just for Steve Porter, but friday I'm going to TO for Max Graham at System...8 hour set!! Can't miss it!

The club Kaos is located at 1220 Old River so it's accross the street as Headrushmusic ( amy ) indicated thanks for the suggestion!

UWM call me in the afternoon or something for a meetup at Porter if plans don't work out here's a pic of me ( be scared be very scared ) and you should recognize me:

Things should work out in regards to the PVD show as long as we all go to the same place

OK so are we definitely doing a TA meetup at this BW-3 place? When? 7 or so? before, after? I don't really care when, but I am looking forward to meeting some of you peeps.

Santino and myself will be there at the meetup BW3. If nobody's been to one before they are famous for wings. Theyve got those and different sandwiches there and lots of BEER! on tap as well. Its pretty good stuff.

Porter was excellent I totally digged it and am sad he had to play such a short set ( 3 hours or so ) but had it been longer I would have been dead, he is so energetic the whole time it's hard to keep up with.

Btw what is the thing you're saying about the response you didnt get concerning the club? was that for porter?
