please can somebody tell me how to search for a user name in soulseek as i am desperately requiring a set from last month but i don't know how to get it.

Well if you know the name of the set, just put the name in on search...

If you are looking for a certain person, enter their name in the User List or Hotlist (can't remember what it's called cuz I haven't used Soulseek in awhile). Anyway, wait until they are online (the bird next to the name is blue) and give them a private message.

If you remember exactly the name of the user
so click right button on mouse while you on the user list
& choose & it will add him there
