I need help to ID this remix of Olive's You're Not Alone

It's recorded from an VHS tape, hence the crackles & noise in the background.

SAMPLE (128 Kbps)

Alex P. and Brandon Block played it @ MTV Ibiza 1999. That's where I recorded it from.

It's not any of those mixes mentioned above. They are to new! (2002, 2003)

This mix I'm looking for is probably an early remix, maybe 99 or 2000...
