I am a victim of ebay fraud :(
Back in June, someone from Germany was selling John Rees vs. Helios Beta blocker and I ended up buying it for 51 EUROS. I sent in the money, the seller confirmed that he did in fact received the payment. This was July 1.....and I have emailed him about 10-20 times..yet no replies. What can i do in this situation??? What are my opitions??

there are procedures that ebay have for this kind of situation, check out ebays help pages
If you payed by credit card the best thing to do would be contact your credit card company. They should credit you and go after the seller themselves since it is credit card fraud then.

you can get the guy into huge trouble with ebay. if worst comes to worst, lawsuits can be justly filed. But if i were you, i'd contact ebay right away for now.
I am also the victim of ebay fraud. I was wondering what to do about it as well. Please enlighten us some more...

I'm not sure what eBay's policy's are, but if you paid through Paypal, make sure you contact them before 30 days pass after your pay date, otherwise they will not help you!
Which I think is kinda ridiculous, since some packages (especially oversea's) can take up to 4-6 weeks, so you have to give the person a chance for the post to arrive.
Oh btw, HERE is where you want to go to file for fraud protection.

ha! bullshit will ebay do anything. They will give him 1 strike. If he gets another then he gets banned from ebay. U really think ebay gives a shit what happens to u? This is why i always send cheques. That way i get the guys address, and he doesnt get any of my bank/cc details. If i get screwed over then, i shall only do 10x worse to him 
btw i remember this auction. Didnt the guy hav high feedback?? has he continued to do auctions ever since?

due to the fact that im german and active ebay-user this is one thing you can do:
check with ebay�s fraud desk and tell them that payment is done and no shipment has arrived yet. by telling him to deliver at least 2 weeks after the end of the auction ebay [GERMANY] is paying back every EURO/$/etc paid over the amount of EURO 25,00. it lasts fucking long to get the ok that it�s re-paid and even fucking longer to get the money.
other thing to do is take a look at the german forum and seek somebody living in that area to beat him up....and take your money

i know someone from the hub i download in, that has a great tactic for revenge. (worked like a charm on the person that owed him several hundred dollars. didnt get his money back, but hey, at least he was satisfied.)
might be difficult since the guy is in germany, but maybe its possible to either 1) get a friend in germany to do it... or 2) see if you can sign someone up for english magazines and send them there.
what he did, was take about 500 magazine subscriptions... carefully address them (altering his handwriting, while wearing gloves) to the asshole, and then sent them out from post offices. he had friends in different states do this as well, so it came from different parts of the country. he also made sure to subscribe at least 1, if not 2 copies of magazines (with a different first name, same last name) which had a free gift, which if you opted for it, you had to pay the subscription (cant cancel). wait a few weeks, and watch as his credit gets fucked beyond repair
like i said, it might be difficult since im not sure if you can fill out subscriptions here, and have them sent to germany... but maybe german friends can do the same with german magazines. (just remember the gloves! heh).
also a good idea is to make the magazines really embarassing. like gay porn, or other strange things.
someone else i know in the same hub, thought this tactic was a good idea (he also got fucked out of a few hundred dollars)... this time, its a girl who lives with her mom still. so he is making sure to send lots of lesbian porn subscriptions... haha!
i dunno. if you arent going to get your goods, at least do something fun like this
