How to put intros and logos to my vids?

Hey there...

A few months ago I bought myself a DV-camera and I've decided to upload movies from different partys I attend, but I was wondering how I could make a an intro and put a logo or something like that i the upper right corner, so that I make sure nobody steals my vids and claims that they are theirs...

My homepage address would be nice as a logo for example..

What programs are best for this purpose?
