TA event at WMC?

Maybe it's a bit early, but I'm thinking advance planning might help.
There was some talk last time, and there seemed to be lots of interest, but it was already too late then.

Who here has connections and can get a place, for possibly doing a TA event at the next WMC? How far in advance does one need to act in order to book a place during that time?
What are the chances of doing a TA pool party? There seemed to be much eye candy at similar events I went to last time. :

For DJ's, how about having 1-2 (or however many time would allow) representing each regional forum (e.g. Florida, NYC, West Coast, etc) ?

but im in for the party
I bet a hotel would be tough to get.maybe even pricey
but the Hostel I stayed @ last year(banana bungalow) is on the N end of the hotels and has a nice pool, a cheap bar(drinks under $5)
and had things there last year(this year)

I stayed @ The Dorchester Suites this year. Very nice place and the rooms are huge! They also have a decent size pool. I would be more than willing to help put this together and donate my beats as well. Arturo, since you live down there... you might be our guy getting something together.

I just got some new equipment, and by the time WMC comes around, I'll have upgraded my sound system too. If equipment and sound is needed, I'll bring it down no prob!

Whitesmoke and I will also spin as the only reps from SC!!
