Let's Take it From The Top Because I F**ked Up

OK...so I was at a club this weekend, and I heard a song that I had never heard before. It was by no means what I would call a GOOD song, but it made me laugh, so it had that going for it.

What I can remember of it, is that it had a guys voice pretty much talking. Sort of a goofy voice. The only two lines I can remember him saying are:

"Let's take it from the top, cuz I f**ked up."

"Lick my balls, cuz I f**ked up."

Anyone EVER heard the song in question? And if so, can you identify it for me?
