has anyone here got any info about this guy? he is the greatest producer out there i love his tracks 'excession' 'nightstalker' 'altitude' 'tears in the rain'...
i heard he is a concert standard pianist does anyone know if that is true??

I can't see anything replacing Altitude - Excession as my favourite Steve Gibbs production, but hey, feel free to prove me wrong Steve.

He's certainly come close. Tears In The Rain and Altitude were beautiful and under his own name I love Tokyo and his remixes of Tremor - Meia Lua and Velvet Girl - Walking In Sunshine. Also, he's put out some gems as Antarctica, more specifically Return To Reality and Adrift (Cast Your Mind) which saw great remixes from Way Out West and Airwave, respectively. Great producer.

hell, darren tate and jono grant found it good enough to completely rip it off in their new single nocturnal creatures.

Steve Gibbs is great, i love his remix of The theme, it beats the crap out of the original!
