bxr. oh dear.

what ever happened to this record label.

it was once one quality release after another.

now it's just the same old drivel (shite) all the time.

Mario Piu?

I know what you mean. They used to have the best releases back in the day. I own about 25+ BXR records myself and everyone one of them is unbeleivable. I guess ever since Mauro Picotto left them everything went downhill.

DJ Arabesque Vs. Jakyro Strance (BXR)
A Side: D.J. Arabesque Mix
B Side: Jakyro Mix

Is not shit

whoop-de-do one good release out of about 30 in the past half a year.

even then it's still weak when compared to tunes like catapulta, the recall, transponder and the like.

in your opinion it isn't
in my opinion this is utter crap

Posted by tu_face on Aug-01-2003 10:32:

simple answer really.. picotto left.

now most of the releases on bxr are just shite with the odd exception.. the new kitikonti track sounds wicked

Posted by Sand Leaper on Aug-01-2003 11:34:

Yup,it's not much to write home about now that Picotto is gone. Too bad,it had some of the best techno tunes out there when Picotto was still in charge, like Gabry Fasano - Catapulta.

why don't you post when you know what your talking about cheese weed.

bxr was never about hard trance.

it was a label based on techno and trance not hard trance.

subsiduary labels like superclub concentrted on the techno side of things whereas bxr claxxix or bxr club dealt with trance tunes like darynn flinn - spirit of space and all that milarky.

so go and bash dj scot project or something and get a clue.

When did mauro quit bxr? hmm is on nukleuz now then???

Posted by PhilBxR on Aug-01-2003 18:21:

No Mauro left because he didnt like the way things were going with BXR so himself, Riccardo Ferri (Ricky Effe) and Gabry Fasano are now part of Meganite (Click Here For More Details) and Mauro is releasing on Primate.
