Paul van Dyk in Vegas... In the Past....

Hey All.. I am thinking about coming to Vegas in November to see PVD. I was wondering what you could tell me about his sets there @ RA. I heard the club is AWESOME... but nothing about how long he might plays for , or anything like that.

Does he play for 2, 3, 6 hours?
How much our tickets?
How late is RA open till? How's the scene there? Long Line?

Any info would be MUCH appreciated.

I was there for the Global Tour. The club, in my opinion and to put bluntly, sucks ass. The speakers are terrible - distorted sound and such. It is meant more for lounging than dancing...more than half the club consists of sofas, tables, chairs, etc. The dance floor is really really small.

He played for about 2 hours, and the line wasn't too bad if you got there early.

But in light of all those negatives, I still want to go to his Vegas gig in November.

I actually believe PVD might be doing a US tour in November / December for his US release of Reflections...it only makes sense...I think he only has a couple of gigs set right now.
