Right, the next pause night is set for 02-Oct, and I would like to give UK TA's the chance to play...

Will be finalising DJ's just after creamfields

any genres in the following...

house - funky, prog, disco, tech, acid, breaks
trance - uplifting, prog, hard, tech, acid, melodic, energetic

u get the drift...

and please, we want good imspiring djs... if u cant mix, dont bother, practice fisrt, then come back and apply

i might take you up on this offer mate, i could use a little practise first. is there a closing date on when you want mixes in by mate?

preferably after creamfields, so say last week in aug...

cos 3 day turnaround for flyer prints, and i want at least 4 weeks to sort out flyboards, flyering, and promotion within the media i.e. radio/papers etc.

That and i will be travelling to see djs...

Project T - this is for u... i will be going to boro either this weekend or the one after... u sound good from ur mixing over trance airwaves, so prob trek up to newcastle to hook up with u to catch a live mix if u prefer that.

Id offer buti havent practiced since january and all my records are in australia :P

I'd come if I could bring my own belt drive decks and shitty mixer. I'm not used to technics and flash mixers

I found out on Friday when I was in a young DJ comp and I didnt get to the final because I couldnt mix on the Techs and flash 4 channel mixer with hundreds of nobs.

were planning a BBQ on 30-Aug to check out new dj talent, feel free to pop over for a mix for those who couldn't be ass to send a mix cd in

hmmm, ill come and have a mix for a laugh if im in the area at the tme, might not be tho due to holdiayness, but thats the first weekend after i finsih work and it might require house finding duties in sheffield.

For those who can't mix... there is a book out called How to mix, and surprisingly, its a good book. Its by Frank Broughton and Bill Brewster
