Anyone ordered vinyls through Ebay before?

Ive got heaps of cd's from the usa, uk and netherlands to name a few places and ive never had any problems. Probably easiest if you set up a paypal account as long as you have a credit card.
hey it is a bit of a dumb question coz it depends on the user u are buying it from, ive never bought vinyls off ebay but ive bought heaps of other stuff from it, and used to sell a lot on it too.
umm if your not too sure on the ebay way, here are some tips:
1. check the users ratings (the number next to their names) - this reflects their feedback in terms of positive and negative so the higher the number with fewer negative feedbacks, the better and the more trusty they obviously are.
That doesnt necessarily mean that people with 0 ratings are not trustworthy, theres the possibility that they just havent received any feedback, or perhaps neutral comments which keep them at 0.
In any case:
2. get in contact with them before and wait for a reply, and maybe ask them for their phone number, address, drivers license etc whatever u want to act as a means of security for yourself.
3. people with sunglasses next to their name are new users, so these are the people you need to watch out for most (not in a bad way) but just make sure all their details are correct by getting in contact with them . See 2. haha
4. Escrow - a third party trust that will accept the money from you, the product from the seller, and exchange it through their service (with a small percentage that they tax for themselves.. seems only fair right?)
and thats about all i can think of / can be bothered writing, so there you have my little ebay tutorial for the day.
