It does sound very similar But it's not the track.

I "think" I have the original Mix. Cause I downloaded the 2000 version and it's not even close to compare!! You can download the version I have below;

HERE (Right click, save as...).

If you find the 2000 version similar, wait till you hear this version!! You'll see then why I think this could be an Accuface production...

Yeah, that mp3 clip is different than the 2000 version.

But to be honest, I don't see the connection between the track we want to ID and Accuface. To me, the melody in Seduction is simply a rip-off of Sunbeam - Outside World.

I completely agree. This track makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up - not because it's a technical marvel, but because it takes me back to 1995, raving in front of a bass bin in a dark room with only a strobe light.
