Posted by blazed it on Aug-07-2003 03:20:

not down with the republican madness. Did you know that ronald reagan is one of arnies heroes? that fact alone made me do a double take. When election time comes i'm voting for LARRY FLYNT

Posted by Shook1 on Aug-07-2003 03:20:

Thumbs up

"See you at the Pawty!" (Party)

Posted by Nadi on Aug-07-2003 03:22:

I'm going to vote for him :P

Even if he wasnt the star of some great films he's still a lot more reasonable than all the other tools that are running

Posted by Vivid Boy on Aug-07-2003 03:25:

Hes A cop u IDIOTTTTTTTTT!!!!

Posted by EriK_V on Aug-07-2003 04:14:

Posted by davinox on Aug-07-2003 04:19:

hahah why the hell not.

at least he's not sucking any party's dick. seems like he just wants to do his thing, like Jesse Ventura.

Posted by PhaseFour on Aug-07-2003 04:48:

actually id hella vote for aaaarnold! id seriously kill myself if arianna huffington wins though

Posted by AnotherWay83 on Aug-07-2003 05:38:

arianna huffington is quite an intelligent woman, and it seems like she'd do sum good for the state...but arnie sounds sincere too, so its a tuff choice

Posted by Psygnosis on Aug-07-2003 05:44:

He will be the first governer that will be bigger than the body guards

I know a couple of people who worked with her(including my mom) and apparently while she's v smart, she's a total ass-hat.

Posted by Photo_bot_2k1 on Aug-07-2003 06:44:

id vote for him becuase
ive never seen a governor walk naked into a bar and steal someones clothes

Posted by Thierry on Aug-07-2003 14:27:

I'm going to move to California just so I can vote for him.

"It's NOT A TOOOOMAA!! (tumor)"

What you people don't realise is that if he gets elected, say goodbye to Arnie movies. He officialy said that he will give it up.

So what is important, deciding for one city, or entertaining the whole world

good one

I say go for it Arnie! I highly respect the man, he's got more ambition than 10000 people combined. He seems to be honest and serious about his plans, so why the hell not?
Just a bummer that this might kill a possible Terminator 4

Posted by Orbax on Aug-07-2003 18:56:

I like how he said "other governors have to rely on special interest groups paying them to do stuff...trust me, i have more than enough money, I dont have to listen to anyone"

Posted by occrider on Aug-07-2003 18:58:

I will terminate the budget crisis!

Hehe seriously though, if you thought CA was a mess before arnold you guys are going to be in for a shock. You guys really think arnold is fit enough to govern the world's 5th largest economy?

Ok- Sorry- I live in Cali- I will be voting for Arnie-
FIRST of all- IT CANT GET ANY WORSE-
I would rather have someone in there with NO experience
as a governer. You know why? When it comes down to making
decisions- he's going to make them on what he feels the right thing to do. Not its the right thing to do because these people say so or these people say so.
He doesnt need the money- He has great people skills.
Already has connections with several federal programs.
So what- he talks a little funny. I can live with it.

We'll be just fine- thanks! He will be elected and relelected.
Mark my words. :P

he'll be like bush. he'll just let the minions do the work, only i like some of his views better than bush's. (bush is gettin too religious for me)

actually i dont really care. politics is a joke now, and i live in texas.

At least we can fuck "someone" in the ass here when we feel like it. lol

I dont really think he'll let the minions work- I think he'll want to be more hands on and want to know what the fuck is going on.
He actually seems like he wants to learn and not just get on the ride.

The majority of the people running have very little/no prior goverment experience. So on that level he's no worse than anyone else who might get elected. Plus he genuinly cares about what he talks about. He's donated tons of money and spent a good number of hours at my brothers school(which is specificially for autistic kids) with little publicity. And he's funded a good deal of other initiatives that deal with the issues he talks about. And he did all this stuff well before the recall crap started. So he's a guy who's got decent values, looks like he's a hard worker, and genuinly cares. Cant be worse than gray davis.

Posted by Abydos on Aug-07-2003 20:45:

Arnold is not fit, he will Terminate everything and all.
Plus with Cali as a rep Bush is certain to be victorious.
Fuck this Cali is going to hell in a hand basket.
plus prop 49 is not that good
quote:
"California schools don't need more mandates for spending education dollars outside the classroom. Every penny should go to enhance learning. Voters should turn down Prop. 49 at the polls."

"Parents need after-school care. But not to the detriment of other programs. It's time to put a halt to ballot-box budgeting. It's deceptive, greedy and, in the long run, destructive."

If only being a hard worker were good enough to be a good governor. Why don't you californians elect someone that's had actual experience with running or governing something? Isn't riordan doing a decent job?
