Help us out Montreal

Here in Edmonton, our dance scene is very close to coming to an end, due to a terrible bylaw that the city is trying to pass. If successful, people under 18 must leave dance clubs and raves at midnight and dance clubs and raves must shut down by 3, effectively ending parties. Basically, they are trying to ban dancing beyond 3 AM and forcing adults to go home at 3AM. This bylaw will be voted on on June 26. We are staging a rally tomorrow at our City Hall. Although I know you can not attend, seeing that you are in Montreal, I would ask you to sign the online petition at http://www.etownravepage.com/rightt...ne_petition.htm and help us out here. preventative action

I've been thinking about this lately, mostly for us in Montreal (well Toronto too... but hell as already broken out over there). But putting together some kind of 'committe' which would make sure that would NEVER happen. I'm probably not the best person to do it, but neverless it would be a good idea.
