and I don't think I'll be doing a long set...

Anyways.. so I'm not the main DJ for that night...
but it will depend on the crowd if they like what I play, I will play a lot more.
I should be playing between midnight and 1am.

I might go if I can get some people to come. Its gonna be much easier then getting people to come to aria since they cant say its 2 late or they hate techno

so yes... it will be a hip hop crowd for sure.
and out of nowhere... boom ! Trance
Will they like ? will they dance ? we don'T know yet... but if they don't I won't play for long... we don't wanna empty the dancefloor
But I think they will like trance...
I already did a mini rave anti-xtc show during the day in my cegep once and of course everybody was shy to dance but those who danced that day were the hip hop people... believe it or not.
I was surprised
so I think I can make those people dance again.
Now I don't know how many people will be at the event...
the 2 other DJs told me there could be between for 250 to 350 people...
like WOW !!! but will there really be that amount of people ?
they did this new flyer with all these sponsors... I think it will attract a lot more people and they also have the promoter team now..
will it be affective .. I hope for them ...lol
I don't know. Else we'll just chill out in that lounge and have the bar for ourselves. eheheh
And yes.. once again they forgot the "S" on my name and didn't mentioned "techno" on it

Well, DJ Charlie I wish you good luck... From my personal experience, it's hard to make a rapper appreciate electronic music. They aren't really open-minded. I used to play for this type of crowds for past 4 semesters at Vanier College 
But if you play "catchy" sounds, they might leave the dancefloor in peace! But anyway, good luck!

I still wanna go but I will have a little problem getting home after the club. Anyone going to be at aria that night so maybe I can go there after and wait till morning or any other suggestions?

there was lots of blacks...
so hip hop ruled the night...
I played 4 tracks in the middle of the night.. and 1 song at the end to invite people to leave... lol
There was some russian people and some others who really liked my music... ("WE're Russians , we need fast music!! You play good")

well its another bad experience... only 2 of my friends came...
so I didn't had my crowd to support me and letting me the chance to play more
I'm not giving up... Looking foward to play at some place where a more "techno" crowd is.
je vais donner ton nom aux organisateurs du party de Maisonneuve. Ca ne peut pas nuire hein! C'est toujours incroyablement fou le party de d�but d'ann�e a Maisonneuve! La salle �lectronique chiait un peu l'ann�e derniere alors ils vont peut-etre etre a la recherche d'un autre dj.
Du bon trance comme j'ai entendu lors de ton �mission de radio de l'autre fois fera danser les gens pour sur!!
