In Richmond we've got some guy who is almost an exact twin of him and he is always an extrovert. Even though he has the bottoms of beer bottles for glasses his charms always work with the women!!!!

Howard from the Halifax is a particularly well-designed marketing tool to make bank managers look like approachable and humble teddy bears. He doesn't discriminate against any *positive* social demographic and he's made to look more stupid than you. He makes it feel alright for you to go and ask him for a big fat loan, he makes it alright for you to be put on hold for too long and he makes it alright for your bank to up interest rates without particularly good reasons.
He's sprightly, he smiles and you can't get angry with him because he's such as nice guy.
