LOL, you are right. Those pictures are utter shit. I've been living in ignorance all these years. (quickly gets rid of my cheap Olympus D360L camera, and starts saving up cash for a good 15K camera)

The female DJ is Monica Kruse. The Dutch are known for matching their outfits with their friends. If u look at any of the pics on say ID&T's website, you'll see lotsa matching people. I think it's cool that the guys there are even comfortable enuf with themselves to match their friends' outfits. (not that I think it's cool to match, but cool that their secure with themselves enuf to do so). Obviously, a cultural difference.
