Parents: Married, separated, divorced?

I'm just curious to see how the ratios balance out for married : separated : divorced parents. If your parents fall under some category that I'm missing, please refrain from voting. The three aforementioned options are all that I'm concerned with. Thanks.

so does seperated mean that one of them is deceased .. ? i'm juss trying to distinguish between that and divorced ..

my folks are still married and happily together ..

My mom is a serial marrier..lol...

Well, some parents stay in the middle grounds for a while (not married anymore, not divorced (yet/at all)) as my parents once were. But I guess you can take it either way. If they're both alive and no longer married or if one is deceased.

lol, Reminds me of an uncle of mine. He's on his 3rd wife and 7th kid coming along soon.

The matter is as personal as each person wants to make it.
However, out of respect to those who find it to be more of a touchy subject, I did make this a poll and not a regular 'post your thoughts' thread for that reason.

Mine are still married...

My mom was born on Dec 25th, and my dad on the 30th, in the same hospital in Toronto, so they actually were in the same nursery for a few weeks, never to see each other for 17 long years, until a dance in the spadina village around St. Clair reunited them. Been together ever since.

well my parents are married...they were friends in their teens. Actually when my dad went to univ, he moved next door to mom.. she was still @ highschool then.
