Is this trance/techno?

Heya,

Don't know if any of you have ever heard of the radio show LoveLine, but their intro music (flipseek.com/lline.mp3) is pretty sweet. Would this kind of music fall under the techno/trance genre? Anyone know what this song is?

i'll hazard a guess and say big beat like chemical brothers etc. definitely not trance or techno though, the bassline isn't even close to fast enough and the percussion / melody is all wrong...
