Posted by DJ Dingel on Aug-13-2003 21:27:

Baby Anne's Global DJ Broadcast set from 12.16.02 whoops ass. Dunno what you're talking about.

For the record, my favorite DJ is either Sasha or PvD, it depends on my mood.
Favorite underrated DJ: Max Graham

god i wish i coulda have gone to twilo in its prime.
when i was in mykonos greece i went to cavo paradiso where sasha was headlining.
i showed up at 2 (knowing parties there don't start till later, and i wanted to see sasha from begining to end). anyway i get there and the resident DJ is spinning, just dicking around cuz there are like only 20 other people at the club. at 4 hybrid the opener shows up and plays till 6am when sasha finally comes and takes the decks. he spins till 10am in the morning.
crazyness. i was so dead afterwards, but had one of the best times of my life.

Posted by JohnSmith on Aug-14-2003 07:48:

now, that would have been a show!

my fav DJ for track selection is either PVD or tiesto, and oaky back in the day when he didn't suck.

mixing talent, gotta agree with the general consensus, sasha is the man! although som others come to mind, like hard house scratch wizard eddie halliwell.

I like a lot of DJs though, G & D, markus schulz, deep dish etc, getting into the prog side, ferry corsten, and avb when i'm feelin a little on the cheese side, bad boy bill when i'm in a booty shakin mood, astral projection when i am in a trip out mood..

oh, and ME, i love listening to my own sets, cuz i only buy the records i like!

Overall its either Sasha or Zabiela. But Diggers, Cattaneo and Lawler are all up there too.

If we're talking trance then PVD or Armin

If we're talking breaks then the Plump's, Koma and Bones and of course Hyper.

Posted by plouf02 on Aug-14-2003 14:18:

Technically : Sasha

Records : John Askew

Posted by Flash Bastard on Aug-14-2003 15:20:

AvB ... Track selection
PvD
John Askew
Misja Helsloten

Posted by ChavezHype on Aug-14-2003 15:27:

Why do you gotta make your questions so hard?
I'll choose Darren Emerson anyway.
But then I also like too many others to list...
Gilles Peterson has a nice smoothe mix thats much different from all the other music I listen too, and I've liked PvD's overall versatility since he plays almost every genre depending on his location usually. Hernan's also quality - he usuallygets a good set out there thats not quite progressive or house or trance but something imbetween. I'll put up Erick Morillo, simply cause his label's so sick and his new york house tunes usually get the show on....
Yea and others...
