NOTICE OF SUSPENSIONS and PUBLIC WARNINGS

In light of the recent events in TOTA, the higher powers of this board have concluded that a total of 2 suspensions would be handed out today.

MJU:ZIK will serve a 15 day suspension from this board for the following reasons:

1. Personal threats made to other members of the board - ongoing in several instances.

2. Racist comments made on the board.


WIMON will be served a 5 day suspension from this board for the following reason:

1. For writing racist and unessessary comments that made a situation worse.


The Khalalala crew will be issued a warning:

1. Tone down the khalala crap. It is beginning to annoy other members of this board and this is not your personal playground for idiocy.


and last but not least, DJ EL KAY DEE will also be issued a warning:

1. For starting a thread that, knowingly, instigated and propogated fighting amongst the TOTA's.

EDIT:

Vivid Boy is also issued a warning:

1. For mocking authority.

2. General shit disturbance.

EDIT2:

VIVID BOY is suspended for 5 days:

1. For disregarding a warning.

And it seems one person was left out.

hahah this is too funny...HAHAHA no.1 i think mujix should serve a lesser penalty...fuck it fuck no.2 there were alot more ppl being racist then just wimon... i think u should just shut down this board ...too messed up...everyone has beef with everyone...tota is dead... oh ya i didnt read nay personal threats..i dunno what u guys consider personal threats but i dont see this as a personal threat at all

We should establish a law system here on TOTA

We'll have judges(swamper and itikia), lawyers, prosecutors and 12 person jury of course

The penalties should be as follows:
- fine: The accused must buy drinks for the victim/s.
- jail: The accused is banned for some period of time.
- death penalty: The accused is banned forever, not just his nickname, but the IP address he's connecting from.

That would never work out... (just use a proxy to connect with a different IP and register a new nick)

i expected something harsher too. aries was banned permanetly for teh same level of jack-assedness. teh board is getting seriously clogged w/ some negative and dsigusting stuff- it doesn't make our fotum look particularly good or make new ppl want to join.

There is a time for play and a time for seriousness. This thread was a serious thread about serious issues. He was warned about mocking my authority and my decisions but he still proceeded to mock me again. Therefore, he made his own decision to be suspended, not me.

As for me regreting my decision: I never regret any decisions that I make as I always think before I do.

As for the word fisting, you can use the word until you turn blue..

i seriously don't think you'll find much opposition to banning him, as he has said some nasty things to other members of the board. this board has experinced very little censorship since it's inception, but posting here is a privilege so if itikia feels that VB is lessening teh experinces of others then it is his right to take things into his own hands and give out bannings. but that's just my opinion.

This is not 'our' server.

It's Swamper's server(s?) and his admins.

He does not get paid for doing this; nor do the admins.

Our advice is directionally proportional to our cash contribution.

Yes, we help make up what is TOTA.

Yes, free speach, blah, blah, ad naseum.

But lets put some things in perspective.
They've explained themselves and even gave warnings so those involved; what more do the banned want? (I mean, really?!)

It has nothing to do with him being black or personal dislike.
