An acapella question

I had a question about how to speed up a acapella. Is there a program out there that can speed up an acapella without making it sound like a chipmunk?...i want to speed up a track but i have to speed it up so much that it gets very high pitch and comes out changing the voice into a chipmunk....I hope someone could help me out or point me in the right direction THNX A LOT!!!

Thanks U guyz, I've also been looking for a program that can alter a clip's tempo without altering it's pitch...

While we're at it, do you know any program that does the opposite?
