Paul van Dyk - Animaction Vocal Sample used in progressive track released on Regress?

Hey Everyone.
I was doing record shopping online and came across this progressive record by Nema on Regress. I couldnt help but notice that the female vocal in the breakdown sounds like the one used in PvD - Animacion.

Take a listen and tell me if you agree.

Yeah it�s sounds very similar to the vocal sample in Animacion.
