Proper way to spell Yves name

Just how exactly do you spell his name, including capitalization. Is it:

Yves Deruyter
Yves De Ruyter
Yves de Ruyter

NO!
Yves (as in "Steve") Deruiter ("de" as in "cut" ruiter as in "I can't find english word for this" something like buy, roy but then "a" (vowel) + y so --> ay (not aye) but the pronociation of the vowel "a" + y)
