Id Requested (house Track)

I need some help regarding an unknown House Track. It's not real house actually, it's more like Groove.

It contains the following vocals : "just open your heart, open your mind and let the sun shine"

I'm not sure what follows next I guess something like "The rhythm's the heartbeat and that is our pride, that's what friends are for". Something like that I guess.

I've noticed that the non-vocal version is also very famous, both versions are played in a lot of Afterclubs.
