Would anyone want to see Bonzai Artists in NYC or DC?

Just curious if anyone would like to see some Bonzai artists make a rare appearance in NYC or DC perhaps? Maybe Fire & Ice???? M.I.K.E.??? They definitely would like to come, just looking for some response to if it would be worth it.

haha, Kev. it would be nice. Had Airwave ready before Bonzai went under and nothing has been set since. Push's US/UK manager is a moron, we have tried to get him several times, but the guy is just retarded. Fire & Ice would be nice but would enough people show to make it worthwhile. Out of all of them I'd say only Push has a shot...

I was thinking about bringing a few of them over, Jurgen expressed some real interest... and I think L-Vee would come also. We'll have to see if M.I.K.E. is available, he is very busy, but it would be a treat to see him to a live P.A.

htink lvee and MIKE would def. draw some crowds... of course they are no PVD or tiesto (popularity wise) but if its marketed right, i think this will solve the NYC night club problem we are haveing. get them to go to arc, i think its the perfect place for them... not too big and not too small. AIRWAVE would be nice too.. but last time johan came to NYC, he didnt really get a warm welcome.. if you know what i mean... i think thats why he just goes to DC instead of NY. well, out of all the clubs in the city, he decided on webster hall. this i do not know why... but no one there was into his set at all.

yes, someone needs to book Mike and L-Vee
Mike's DJ sets are cheaper to book than his live Push act, but I think that a live act would be much cooler.
Push Live @ Arc would be great!

doesn't seem like there is anywhere in DC that could do that currently, Mike or L-Vee could do a DJ set at Glow perhaps, but they dont have enough room for a live preformance

Yves Deruyter is good, but def. not the best they have to offer. Not with guys like Airwave, Jurgen, Mike, and Robert Gitelman there. Don't forget about Paul Mendez, he is a great dj as well. Any of them would be a welcome change in America

as i have stated on many an occassion on this board after attending the 10 year Bonzai party last November the Best dj Technically they have at Bonzai is PAUL MENDEZ who IMO wiped the floor with all the other guys that evening, he may not be Belgian but does that matter?

Paul Mendez is the resident at Room At The Top, right? I know his production skills are tight, and I hear can spin too.

Paul is def. a great DJ in Scotland and his Jacob & Mendez productions are really good. I have some sets from Paul if you want them...

Come to think of it, I think I have some old sets from Paul Mendez, alot of Bonzai material.

M.I.K.E. has a busy schedule, dont know if we can get him the same time we may be able to get Jurgen & L-Vee. I know Yves has alot of bookings as well.
