Can Anyone Identify this Genre of Electronic Music?

Hi everyone, I would really love to know exactly under which category of electronic music does this genre fall under. It sounds really awesome. If you go to this address http://home.westbrabant.net/~techno/ , the music clip will start playing right away. It's not techno as the web address may suggest. My closest guess is "Acid House". I would really appreciate any help.

Of course it is techno... Detroit Techno to be exact (the tune is by Jeff Mills after all)... or minimal techno, depending on your standards

It can't be acid house without that lovely TB-303
