if you fold it a certain way will you see the twin towers in full detail/color?

The funniest thing to me about the new bills is not the look or color changes...it is the fact that they think they have to have a marketing campaign.

I was in D.C. at the beginning of Aug. visiting family and drove by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing and they have a monstrous banner along the side of the building showing off the new bill and several smaller banners with little "eye catching" marketing terms.

It is not like we really have a choice about what color of money we use anyway.

hehe. i like the one with the animals...

and apparently the twin towers trick starts with the five dollar bill folded the same way as the twenty. the higher the bill, the higher the stage leading up to the collapse.

wtf? you mean a credit card is a poor man's money

oh thats right, you probaly have to pay intrest (and late fees) on top of the actual charge, so it would cost more than real cash.

how to get canadian males to save money...

Posted by occrider on Aug-28-2003 18:39:

Wow ... I'd exchange my money for canadian dollars and horde it. Of course, that might take the fact that money is dirty to new levels.

You could always launder it with your "special soap".

Ok that was a little crass....

I wonder what is on the 100?

I think that would be damaging to the Bank of Canada....they would end up having to print a lot more hundred dollar bills that would not get re-circulated once people got their hands on them.

Could you imagine how popular the "proof sets" would be?

I mean the Canadian Mint already produces some of the nicest coins/bills on the market.

(I'm a proud owner of the aviation series of $20 coins.)

Trust me coloured money is a very good thing. When your drunk at the bar you dont have to closely examine your money to know how much you have thats green -> 20 hey red -> 50. etc.

When I was in mexico i sure that I gave away all kinds of money since i was too drunk to see the little details.
