I forgot to add after the end of October, it looks like users of trillian will not be able to use it for msn messenger IM's, as MS are changing the way MSN aceses's the server hence the "forced" upgrade.

Me ive allready got msn 6, imm adicted to the checkers game to much!

Why, because they finally got around to putting in the same features that ICQ has had for years?

If I'm bored I can play my ps2, don't need a checkers game thanks. As for shutting out Trillian, Microsoft has already tried multiple times to "shut out" Trillian and other open-source apps like Miranda and consistently failed. eeeeeh, mostly bs in that thread, even though a client use msnp8 or greater it will affect them, why should microsoft do this (check the link) otherwise?

Actually microsoft was pushing aol to make one standard IM, but aol refused. Go figure..
