Too bad he's going to lose the lawsuit. Almost all MMORPG's have one of those "Lose Items - We won't return them to you". If you play the game, then you have to abide by the rules.

I used to be obsessed with Diablo 2. I played it for a few years (With breaks, of course). It was so freaking addicting... Thank G-d I've got no interest in playing it now.
