Arrow The One Track that *Depresses* the Hell out of You

Ok. Do you have one track that when you listen just gets you so down? Whether it be because of painful memories associated with that track, or powerful vocals in it.

For me it's:

The Space Brothers - One More Chance (Riley and Durant Remix)

And this is because the lyrics just resonate with me and things I would've like to say to my ex-girlfriend.

Allright all...I'll bust out the Prozac

Andain - Time

DMB - The Space Between (Tiesto Mix)

the last 6 lines of the chorus are like hammers on my soul, there is just so much emotion in his voice when he sings them. When i'm feeling down it usually makes me weep
quote:
the rain that falls
splashed in your heart
ran like sadness down the window into our... (room)
the space between
our wicked lies
is where we hope to keep safe from pain

I think it just strikes a really personal chord within me...

even though it is my favorite,
momu - the dive

i have always thought it was sad, but i read the meaning behind why the artists made the song, not what i thought it woudl be, but ya, they made it because one of their uncles died while sky diving

Conjure One - Sleep (Max Graham Mix):

1. Bad memories,
2. The vocals don't help much, either...

Schiller feat. Heppner - Dream Of You (Chillout Remix)
^^^^^^^^^
just the combination of lyrics / sounds makes me shiver...

also not trance, but Creed - With Arms Wide Open: my team was driving to a game in 2 minivans and just as the guy started singing "with arms wide open" in the middle the first minivan crashed into the stationary car in front of it going ~40mph - traffic on the highway. everything was in slow-mo and i remember the minivan's rear flying like 3 feet up in the air... nobody got hurt, luckily, everyone was wearing seatbelts... but after that i have never ridden in a car without wearing a seatbelt. the firemen said that they were lucky to have worn theirs, otherwise.....

also Sarah McLachlan's works (like Sweet Surrender, Fear, I Love You) and Dave Matthew's Band's The Space Between make me slightly depressed in a way.

Cygnus X - The Orange Theme (Solar Stone Remix)

This track always reminds me of the sad and bad things happened to me over the years, of all the ppl and friends i've lost.. Of course it reminds me of the sad and very weird movie where the original melody is taken.. Stanley Kubrick's Clockwork Orange.

That classical part is killing me when i'm listening to this track at home...
